Orders placed Monday through Saturday by 2:00pm Central Time will generally leave our warehouse by the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 B.K. CST or on Sunday and holidays will generally leave our warehouse within 2 business days.Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as a shipment tracking number for your order.Shipping is currently available to all of these countries. However, to prevent fraud the Supplier-Papers.com reserves the right at our sole discretion to refuse shipping any order, for any reason.
Description and Price of Goods
The description and price of the products you order will be as shown on our website at the time you place your order.Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order although prices are subject to change without notice.If after acceptance of the order we discover that the goods will be unavailable for longer than 28 days we will inform you and offer you the option of receiving the rest of your order and supplying the unavailable product when it becomes available, or for you to wait for the complete order to be dispatched at a later date.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days you can return a product within 90 days that is not opened. A 20% restocking fee will apply.We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). most product have a 1 Year warranty if defective. There will not be a restocking fee on a defective product. We will exchange a defective product within 1 year of purchased date.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
